Mr. K.L. Goyal has been and will always be the head of the family for the SGA team. His guidance has led to the evolution of this firm and he has always proven to be an integral part in the motivation that drives the firm to achieve its goals. With over 50 years of expertise in this field of law, he is one of the most respected and a renowned practitioner the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana has ever seen.  
Mr. Sandeep Goyal is one of the leading lawyers on the taxation side and is in practice for the last 22 years. He is regularly arguing the matters before Punjab and Haryana High Court and tax tribunals. He is also regularly appearing before Supreme Court of India. He has been involved in many high profile litigations in which land mark judgments have been delivered by the courts.
He is a lawyer with background of chartered accountancy where he had been placed on All India Merit List of Rank Holders.
At present, he is the Managing Partner of SGA Law Offices which is the leading law firm at Chandigarh dealing with taxation matters, having a team of experienced and young lawyers who provide turnkey solutions to various clients and representing them at various levels.
At present Mr. Sandeep Goyal has been appointed as Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department in Punjab & Haryana High Court. He was also appointed as Addl. Advocate General, Punjab in the year 2012. He has been the Vice Chairman (North Zone) of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners for two consecutive terms for the year 2012-13 and 2014-15. He was also National Executive Member of AIFTP. He has delivered lectures across the country on diverse topics relating to Taxation Laws and Constitutional Laws. He has also contributed articles which have been published in the leading journals of the country. His areas of practice are litigation, advisory and tax management solutions especially in the areas of GST/VAT.
Ms. Aanchal Goyal is a law graduate from Punjabi University, Patiala. She regularly appears before Tax Authorities and Appellate Tribunals. She has been an active member of editorial boards of various Tax journals and has penned down articles on Tax issues which have been published in the leading and widely circulated Tax Publications of the country.   
Mr. Rishab Singla is a law graduate from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali and is mainly working on VAT and Service Tax issues and has been regularly appearing before various Tax forums. He has also written certain articles which have been published in various Tax Journals. With his exceptional research skills, he forms an integral part of the research team.  
Navdeep Monga  
Navdeep Monga is a law graduate from Panjab University Chandigarh and associated with SGA Law Offices since 2015. He is a part of consulting and litigation team. He has handled various tax matters before the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court as well as before State Tax Tribunals and Lower Authorities.  
Nazuk S Gupta  
Nazuk S Gupta is a law graduate from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has completed her Master’s Degree in 2017 with distinction from UCL, London. She has been actively involved in writing research papers which have been published in Global Journals. She has also completed additional courses from Harvard University along with course on transactional skills from UCL. Apart from being a faculty of laws, she is a meticulous Advocate of Arbitration, Taxation and allied laws where she carefully drafts legal plans and arguments with an emphasis on conveying complex legal issues with clarity and precision.  
Avneet Singh  
Mr Avneet Singh is a law graduate from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has also completed his LL.M. in corporate laws. He possesses exceptional research skills and knowledge of corporate laws. He is appearing regularly in Punjab VAT Tribunal and Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High court.  
Vidisha Swarup  
Vidisha Swarup have been practicing as an Advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court at Delhi and Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, having an experience of 4.5 years.
Vidisha’s practice areas relate to Constitutional, Civil, Corporate, Criminal, Service laws and NDPS. She has also drafted legal opinions for clients on company law, Income tax and GST as part of general litigation practice. 
Her scope of work includes doing legal due diligence, drafting opinions and drafting various writ petitions, first appeal, second appeal before the Hon’ble High Court. It further includes drafting of Statement of claim/defense.

Mr. Peyush Pruthi is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has also obtained CA-intermediate degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has successfully completed his LL.M. in Corporate Laws. He possesses exceptional research skills and knowledge of corporate laws. Nitish Bansal  
Mr. Nitish Bansal is a law graduate from Jindal Global Law School and has further completed his LL.M in Corporate and Financial Laws in 2022. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various other High Courts and Tribunals.  His expertise lies in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Arbitration Laws, FEMA, PMLA, IBC, and Companies Act. His guidance has helped the clients with Family Settlement Agreements, Share Transfer Agreements and reconstitution of companies including formation, dissolution, insolvency and mergers. 
During the course of his bachelors, he has interned with various reputed Litigators, law firms and corporations which include, GAK Partners, KNM Partners, Kesar Dass B. and Associates, General Electric Company and Mr. Gurminder Singh, Senior Advocate at Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court.
He was also awarded the Savitri Jindal Scholarship (Merit Based) in 2016 by O.P. Jindal Global University for pursuing his LL.B.

Aakriti Gupta  
Ms. Aakriti Gupta is a law graduate from Army Institute of Law, Mohali. She has cleared her Company Secretary- Executive from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her areas of interest include Indirect and Direct Taxation, Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She has previously interned with corporate and litigation teams of Khaitan & Co, Link Legal and Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. She had been an active mooter and has participated and won various National and International Competitions. 
She also won the Army Commander Western Command Trophy for being the all-round topper considering the 5-year performance in academics, sports, moots and extra- curricular activities.
